Gifts for Welfare Purposes
View official PDF ↗The Director is authorized to accept, on behalf of the government of Guam, gifts, bequests and donations for welfare purposes, and may expend any sums so received for the purposes set out in this Chapter, in addition to the regular appropriations made for such purposes.
