Rules and Regulations. The public health authority and

other affected agencies are authorized to promulgate and implement such rules and regulations as are reasonable and necessary to implement and effectuate the provisions of this Chapter. The public health authority and other affected agencies COL9/7/2021 CH. 19 EMERGENCY HEALTH POWERS shall have the power to enforce the provisions of this Chapter through the imposition of fines and penalties, the issuance of orders, and such other remedies as are provided by law, but nothing in this Section shall be construed to limit specific enforcement powers enumerated in this Chapter.
