Destruction of Property

COL9/7/2021 CH. 19 EMERGENCY HEALTH POWERS To the extent practicable consistent with the protection of public health, prior to the destruction of any property under this Article, the public health authority shall institute appropriate civil proceedings against the property to be destroyed in accordance with the existing laws and rules of the courts of Guam, or any such rules that may be developed by the courts for use during a state of public health emergency.
