Terms of Office

(a)Except as provided in Subsection (b), members of the Board of Pharmacy shall be appointed for a term of three

(3)years, except that members of the Board who are appointed to fill vacancies which occur prior to the expiration of a former member’s full term shall serve the unexpired portion of such term. CH. 12 MEDICAL PRACTICES - PART I

(b)The terms of the members of the Board shall be staggered, so that the terms of no more than three

(3)members shall expire in any year. Each member shall serve until a successor is appointed and qualified.

(1)The present members of the Board shall serve the balance of their terms.

(2)Any present Board member appointed initially for a term of less than thee

(3)years shall be eligible to serve for two

(2)additional full terms.
