View official PDF ↗If an applicant for certification is already certified in a jurisdiction of the United States to practice a certified auxiliary occupation, the Board shall issue the appropriate auxiliary occupation certification to the applicant upon evidence that:
(a)the applicant is currently an active, competent practitioner;
(b)the applicant has practiced at least three
(3)years out of the five
(5)years immediately proceeding his or her application;
(c)the applicant currently holds a valid certificate in a state of the United States;
(d)no disciplinary proceeding or unresolved complaint is pending at the time a certificate is to be issued by Guam; and
(e)the certificate requirements in the jurisdiction are substantially similar to or higher than those required by Guam.
