Registration; Issuance of Certificates

(a)A person successfully passing the examination and who otherwise qualifies under the provisions of this Article and rules and regulations promulgated by the Board shall be registered as a licensed dentist in the Board register and shall also receive a certificate signed by the president and secretary of the Board, in substantially the following form: “This is to certify that _______________ is hereby licensed to practice dentistry in Guam. Dated at __________, this _____ day of ________, 19 ____. Expiration Date: _______________.”

(b)The certificate entitles the holder thereof to practice dentistry in Guam in accordance with the rules of the Board if the annual license fee has been paid.
