Reexamination of Applicants; Fees

(a)Any person failing to pass his or her first examination may apply for a second or third examination at a subsequent time. A reexamination fee shall be submitted to the Board at least forty- five

(45)days before each such examination. If the applicant fails to pass the third examination for the practice of general dentistry, he or she will not be permitted to take any further examination until he or she has attended and successfully passed the examinations of the senior year of a dental college approved by the Board.

(b)Reexamination fees shall be set by the Board and are not refundable.
