Penalties

(a)Any person who violates the provisions of § 12327 of this Chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor upon conviction of the first such offense. Unless otherwise provided in this or any other law, any person who violates the provisions of § 12327 of this Chapter, except Subsection

(g)of § 12327, shall be guilty of a felony upon conviction of the second or subsequent offense.

(b)Any person who violates the provisions of Subsection

(g)of § 12327 of this Chapter shall be guilty of a second degree felony.
