Disciplinary Procedure

The Board cannot revoke, suspend or refuse to renew any license, or place on probation or discipline a licensee in any manner specified in § 12324 of this Chapter, or deny an applicant a license on the basis that the applicant does not possess the qualifications required by this Article or that probable cause exists to believe that an applicant has done any of the acts set forth in § 12324 of this Chapter without first holding a hearing pursuant to the provisions and procedures set forth in Chapter II of the Administrative Adjudication Law.
