Inactive Status

A nurse who does not engage in nursing in Guam during the succeeding year shall not be required to pay the renewal fee as long as he or she remains inactive. Should he or she wish to resume nursing at some future time, he or she shall so notify the Board and become reinstated by meeting such requirements as the Board may prescribe in its rules. The Board shall establish criteria for the resumption of practice after five

(5)years of inactivity.
