Titles and Abbreviations

Any person who holds a license or temporary license to practice as a licensed practical nurse in Guam shall have the right to use the title “Licensed Practical Nurse” and the abbreviation “L.P.N.” Unless authorized a temporary work permit under Subsections

(a)and

(b)of § 12322 of this Chapter, no person CH. 12 MEDICAL PRACTICES - PART I shall assume such title or use such abbreviation or any other words, letters, signs or devices to indicate that the person using the same is authorized to practice as a practical nurse in Guam.
