An anesthesiologist assistant shall only be able to select and administer any form of anesthetic by delegation while under the direct supervision of an anesthesiologist licensed by the Board, and may select CH. 12 MEDICAL PRACTICES - PART II and administer any licensed drug solely by delegation and pursuant to the direct supervision instructions of the prescribing anesthesiologist, the established written practice protocol, and in accordance to any applicable rules and regulation established by the Board pursuant to this Article.
