Consumer Right of Action
View official PDF ↗Any person who suffers damage as a result of a violation of this Article shall be entitled to injunctive relief restraining further violations and may sue to recover damages in any circuit court of the territory and, if successful, shall recover three
(3)times the actual damages or One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), whichever is greater. In any action brought under this Act, the prevailing party shall be entitled to the recovery of costs of suits, including reasonable attorney’s fees.
