Revolving Fund
View official PDF ↗There is created a Revolving Fund within the Health Professional Licensing Office, into which all money payable under the provisions of these Articles 2, 5, 6, and Chapter 18 [all] of Title 10 of the Government Code of Guam, shall be deposited. The revolving fund shall be used to defray the cost of obtaining standardized examination materials and services for the healing arts and cosmetology licensure and the cost of proctoring examination at the testing site; and for operational expenses necessary for testing and monitoring of examination. Tests for licensure of all the healing arts and cosmetology shall be given at least every six
