Present Administrators

Persons who, on the effective date of this Chapter, have been actively engaged as a Nursing Home Administrator for at least two

(2)years next preceding such effective date, but do not meet the requirements in force pursuant to this Article, shall be issued a temporary license without evidence of satisfactory completion of a course of instructions, training and without examination, but any such licenses shall expire no later than June 30, 2001.
