Determination of the Need for Care

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

Determination of a patient’s need for care shall be within the sole discretion of a licensed chiropractor, and is considered an inherent part of the scope of practice of the licensee’s discipline. ARTICLE 12 CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY
