10 GCA § 12106
Severability
View official PDF ↗If any of the provisions of this Act, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance are held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect any other provision or application of this Act, which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of this Act are severable.
