Prohibition

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 10 — Health and Safety

(a)No person shall practice the healing art on Guam who is not:

(1)licensed so to do under the provisions of this Article; or

(2)exempted under the provisions of this Chapter.

(b)No person shall practice the healing art on Guam otherwise than in accordance with the terms of his or her license, or of his or her registration as the case may be.
