Notice of Appeal and Request for Trial De Novo

(a)Within thirty

(30)days after the award is served upon the parties, any party may file with the clerk of the Superior Court of Guam and serve on the other parties and the Association a written Notice of Appeal and Request for Trial De Novo of the action.

(b)After the filing and service of the written Notice of Appeal and Request for Trial De Novo, the case shall be set for trial pursuant to applicable court rules.

(c)If the action is triable by right to a jury, and a jury was not originally demanded but is demanded within ten

(10)days of service of the Notice of Appeal and Request for Trial De Novo by a party having the right of trial by jury, the trial de novo shall include a jury, and a jury trial fee shall be paid as provided by law.
