Delivery of Award to Parties

COL120106 CH. 10 MEDICAL M ALPRACTICE – MANDATORY ARBITRATION The parties shall accept as legal delivery of the award the placing of the award or a true copy thereof in the mail by the arbitrators addressed to such party at its last known address or to the party's attorney, or personal service of the award on the party or the party's attorney.
