Timely Award

The award of the arbitrators shall be rendered promptly by the arbitrators and, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, not later than twenty

(20)business days from the date of the close of the hearing. However, if the arbitrators fail to render an award within twenty

(20)business days from the date of the close of the hearing, the arbitrators' award shall not be vacated on this ground unless it can be proven that a party has been seriously prejudiced due to the fact that the arbitrators have not rendered an award within twenty

(20)business days.
