The Tumon/Tamuning Police Station located on #1041 Pale San Vitores Road, Tumon, Guam is named the “Sgt. Frankie E. Smith Police Station” in honor of Sgt. Frankie E. Smith who gave his life in the performance of his duty in Tumon on December 30, 2007.
