Jose D. Leon Guerrero Commercial Port

(a)The Port Authority of Guam, located at Apra Harbor, shall hereafter be known as the “Jose D. Leon Guerrero Commercial Port.” Any provisions in the laws of Guam referring to the Port Authority of Guam are hereby deemed to read the “Jose D. Leon Guerrero Commercial Port.” I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan, and the General Manager of the Port Authority of Guam, shall cause to be erected appropriate nameplates or signs designating the Port Authority of Guam as the “Jose D. Leon Guerrero Commercial Port.”

(b)Furthermore, at such ceremony as I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan and the General Manager of the Port Authority of Guam deem appropriate, the “Jose D. Leon Guerrero Commercial Port” shall be officially named and a plaque bearing the name, picture and brief history of the contributions made by the late Jose D. Leon Guerrero shall be affixed within a suitable spot at, in or around the Port Authority’s building.
