Commercial Use of Seals Regulated
View official PDF ↗It is unlawful for any person, without authority of law, to use any representation of the Great Seal or Coat of Arms of Guam, or any government seal authorized by law, in any advertisement, letterhead, or for any commercial purpose or in any manner likely to give the impression of official territorial approval, without first having obtained a permit for that use from I Sigundo Maga’håga/Maga’låhi or her/his designee, or from the authorized custodian of the other seal desired to be used. Any person in violation of this Section is guilty of a misdemeanor. CH. 4 POLITICAL AUTHORITY; JURISDICTION
