Run-Off Plebiscite

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 1 — General Provisions

If one political status does not receive the majority votes cast in the above plebiscite, a run-off plebiscite shall be held sixty

(60)days from the date thereof between the two

(2)political status options receiving the highest number of votes.
