Prohibition Against Hiring
View official PDF ↗The Commission is expressly prohibited from hiring any personnel, inclusive of contractual personnel. The Commission on Self-Determination, or its successor, and the Bureau of Planning, or its successor, shall provide staff support to the Commission as requested.
