Negotiation Powers Authorized

The GUMA Commission, represented by the chairperson or a member designated by a majority vote of the GUMA Commission at a duly called and authorized meeting, is hereby authorized to negotiate with officials of the Federal government, as well as officials of the Military Commands for the successful pursuit of the intent of this Act.
