Duties and Powers of Officers

The chairperson of the GUMA Commission shall preside at all meetings of the GUMA Commission; shall sign all documents for, and on behalf of, the GUMA Commission, unless said GUMA Commission delegates that power in any case, or cases, to the chief executive officer; and shall generally be responsible for the manner in which the studies, strategies and investigations of the GUMA Commission are carried out, and the reports thereof made to I Liheslaturan Guåhan, as required.
