Standard Time

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 1 — General Provisions

The standard time throughout Guam for the whole year shall be that of the one hundred fiftieth meridian of longitude east from Greenwich (150NE). Such time shall be known as Guam Standard Time. Guam is hereby exempted from the provisions of Section 3(a) of the Uniform Time Act of 1966 (Public Law 89-387). CH. 10 HOLIDAYS, FESTIVITIES, TIME, ETC.
