Month, Week and Day Defined

(a)“Month” means a calendar month unless otherwise expressed.

(b)A “week” consists of seven consecutive days.

(c)A “day” is the period of time between any midnight and the midnight following.

(d)“Midnight” of any given day is 12:00 post meridian (p.m.), the end of the day.
