Government

For agencies and legislatures

Tools for the branches that make and administer the law — drafting, legislative history, and public-law research, anchored to the same verified corpus.

Pro Government is in development. The aim is to give legislative staff, agencies, and policy teams a workspace where drafting and research sit directly on top of Guam's statutes, public laws, and the record that construes them — so a bill, a memo, or a rule is grounded in the law as it actually reads.

What's planned

  • Corpus-anchored drafting

Draft bills and rules against the live Guam Code Annotated, with the sections you touch pulled in and cross-checked as you write.

  • Legislative history

Trace a provision from public law back through the bills, sponsors, and public-hearing record — including the Legislature's own hearing video where it exists.

  • Public-law research

Search the full public-law archive by meaning, not just by number, to find precedent and prior enactments on any subject.

  • Firewalled citations

The same citation firewall as the rest of Pro — every reference in a draft or memo checked against the corpus before it ships.
