Adherence to Crime Victim’s Rights Act of 2004
View official PDF ↗Pursuant to 8 GCA Chapter 160, also known as the Crime Victim’s Rights Act of 2004, the Board and Parole Officers shall adhere to all of their responsibilities and honor all of the rights afforded to victims as outlined in the Chapter.
