Governor May Contract to Implement Compact

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 9 — Crimes and Corrections

The Governor is hereby empowered to enter into such contracts as may be appropriate to implement the participation of the territory of Guam in the Compact pursuant to Article III thereof.
