Director, Department of Corrections May Hold

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 9 — Crimes and Corrections

Hearings as Required by Compact. The Director of Corrections is hereby authorized and directed to hold such hearings as may be requested by any party state pursuant to Article IV(f) of the Compact.
