Immunity for Good Faith Conduct
View official PDF ↗Law enforcement agencies, their employees and government of Guam officials shall be immune from any civil or criminal liability for good faith conduct under this Chapter, unless it is shown that the agency, employee, government official or board member acted with gross negligence or in bad faith.
