Probation Officers to Serve as Parole Officers. [Repealed] Duties of Parole Officers. Governor to Provide Executive Secretary & Support. Adherence to Crime Victim’s Rights Act of 2004. Board's Information Privileged. Board May Accept Aid from United States. Paroled Prisoner to Receive Clothes, Transportation and Maximum of $25.
