Revocation of Prior Orders of Board Permissible, Except for

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 9 — Crimes and Corrections

Order of Final Discharge. The Board may revoke or modify any of its previous orders respecting a committed youth offender except an order of unconditional discharge.
