Director Must Certify Adequate Conditions for Youths in

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 9 — Crimes and Corrections

Prisons. No youth offender shall be committed to the Director under this Chapter until the Director shall certify to the court that proper and adequate treatment facilities and personnel have been provided.
