Definitions

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 9 — Crimes and Corrections

As used in this Article:

(a)“Sex crime” means an offense under 9 GCA §§ 25.15, 25.20, or 25.25.

(b)“Parole Board” means the Guam Parole Board established pursuant to 9 GCA, Chapter 85.
