Contracts for Restraint of Trade or Monopoly Void; Civil

Liability of Participants; Injunctive Relief; Purchasers Relieved from Payment.

(a)All contracts and agreements in violation of §§ 69.15 or 69.20 of this chapter shall be void, and any person threatened with injury, or injured in his business or property, directly or indirectly, by a violation of §§ 69.15 or 69.20 of this chapter, may bring an action for appropriate injunctive relief, up to threefold the damages sustained, and costs and reasonable attorney's fees.

(b)If the court finds that there was a willful violation of this chapter, it may award treble damages. COL120106 CH. 69 ANTITRUST L AW

(c)For the purpose of this section Abusiness or property@ includes business or nonbusiness purchases and business and nonbusiness injuries.
