Disinterring a Corpse; Punished
View official PDF ↗COL6/24/2021 CH. 61 RIOT, DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND RELATED OFFENSES A person commits a misdemeanor if he intentionally and unlawfully disinters, removes, conceals, mutilates or destroys a human corpse or any part thereof.
