View official PDF ↗A person who is guilty of an offense pursuant to § 58.20 of this Code shall be sentenced to a term of two
(2)years but not more than five
(5)years of imprisonment and a person who is guilty of an offense pursuant to § 58.40 of this Code shall be sentenced to a term of five
(5)years of imprisonment. Imposition or execution of such sentences shall not be suspended and probation, parole or work release shall not be granted. The sentence imposed under this Section shall run consecutive to any sentence already imposed on the offender for any other offense at the time he is sentenced under this Section.
