Accepting Gratuities for Past Services; Defined & Punished
View official PDF ↗A public servant is guilty of a misdemeanor if he solicits, accepts or agrees to accept any pecuniary benefit for having performed an official function in a manner favorable to another person, or for having violated his duty.
