Giving Gratuities for Past Services; Defined & Punished
View official PDF ↗A person is guilty of a misdemeanor if he offers, confers upon, or agrees to confer upon, a public servant any pecuniary benefit for having performed an official function in a manner favorable to him, or for having violated his duty.
