COL120106 CH. 49 GOVERNMENTAL BRIBERY, O THER UNLAWFUL INFLUENCE & RELATED OFFENSES A person is guilty of a felony of the third degree if he influences or attempts to influence the performance of an official function by a public servant by any threat which would constitute a means of committing the offense of theft by extortion under this Code if such threat were employed to obtain property.
