Same: Employment of Minor
View official PDF ↗A person is guilty of a felony of the third degree if he knowingly or recklessly employs or uses a minor under the age of sixteen
(16)years to do or assist in doing any of the acts described in §§ 28.49 or 28.50 of this Chapter.
