Time and Place Limitations Upon Detention

No person shall be detained under the provisions of § 30.10 longer than is reasonably necessary to effect the purposes of that section, and in no event longer than fifteen

(15)minutes. Such detention shall not extend beyond the place where it was first effected or the immediate vicinity thereof.
