Limitations Upon Award of Compensation
View official PDF ↗(a)No order for the payment of compensation shall be made under this Chapter unless the application has been made within eighteen
(18)months after the date of injury, death or property damage.
(b)Compensation for medical expenses may be awarded up to the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) and compensation for all other purposes allowed under this Chapter shall not exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).
