Copy of Judgment to be Given Officer Executing

Same. After a judgment of conviction has been entered pursuant to § 120.18, the clerk shall deliver a certified copy of such judgment to the officer whose duty it is to execute such judgment, and no other warrant or authority is necessary to justify or require its execution.
