Compensation
View official PDF ↗Subject to the terms of any contract with the Trustee, Depositary or Registrar, as the case may be, the Government shall pay to the Trustee, the Depositary and the Registrar from time to time reasonable compensation for all services rendered under this Indenture, and also all reasonable expenses, charges, fees of counsel, accountants and consultants and other disbursements, including those of their attorneys, agents and employees, incurred in good faith in and about the performance of their powers and duties under this Indenture. The Government further agrees, to the extent permitted by law, to indemnify and save the Trustee, the Depositary and the Registrar harmless against any liabilities which they may incur in the exercise and performance of their respective powers, functions and duties under this Indenture, which are not due to their own respective negligence or willful misconduct.
